Scheduled Shuttle Policies:

Airport Check-In:

    Passengers must check in at the airport counter with all luggage at least 15 minutes prior to departure. No animals of any kind may be transported on the scheduled shuttle with the exception of qualified Guide Dogs. Please contact a ticket agent about a private charter for transporting pets or regarding other special transportation or shipping needs.

Schedule:

    Subject to change pending change in airline flight schedules. Valley Express may cancel shuttles if there are no advanced ticket sales.

Ticketing:

    Passengers are issued an electronic ticket number upon receipt of payment.

Payment:

    Advanced purchase is required. Payment can be made with MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, check or money order. Cash is accepted only at the Airport counter in Boise. Printed tickets are available by request at the airport counter in Boise.

Changes:

    A $15 service charge is assessed for each change. All changes are subject to shuttle availability. No changes may occur within 12 hours of travel.

Cancellations:

Due to the very limited number of seats per shuttle, once purchased all Shuttle Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Travel may be rescheduled to another date based upon availability, transferred to another passenger, or forfeited.  Therefore, please make sure all travel plans are firm prior to purchasing your ticket(s) on the Express.
