Terms & Conditions

1. Scheduled departure times from Sun Valley are when the shuttle is to be loaded and leaving the valley. Passenger pickups must be completed during the 30-60 minute period prior to scheduled departure. Passengers will receive a courtesy call from dispatch the day before their departure notifying them of their pick up time. If passengers do not receive their call from dispatch by 3:00 pm they must call our office at 877.622.8267 prior to 5:00 pm to receive their pickup time. Sun Valley Express is not responsible for missed calls, messages or incorrect contact numbers. If for any reason passengers are not prepared to leave when their shuttle arrives they will forfeit their seats. Fares are NON-REFUNDABLE.

2. ALL FARES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Travel must be completed within 1 year of purchase. See company policies for info on ticketing, cancellations & changes.

3. Requires 7-day advanced purchase. Same cancellation & change policies apply.  See company policies for details.

4. Available until time of travel. Same cancellation & change policies apply.  See company policies for details.

5. Currently there is a fuel surcharge of $3 each way per passenger. The fuel surcharge may change without notice based on fluctuations in fuel prices.
