Terms & Conditions

1. Scheduled departure times from Sun Valley are when the shuttle is to be loaded and leaving the valley. Passenger pickups must therefore be completed during the 30-60 minute period prior to scheduled departure. Passengers should always be ready at least 30 min prior to shuttle departure. On heavy travel days passengers will receive a courtesy call the night before if their pick up is going to be more than 30 minutes prior to scheduled shuttle departure. Sun Valley Express is not responsible for missed calls, messages or incorrect contact numbers. If for any reason passengers are not prepared to leave when their shuttle arrives they will forfeit their seats. FARES are NON-REFUNDABLE.

2. ALL FARES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Travel must be completed within 1 year of purchase. See company policies for info on ticketing, cancellations & changes.

3. Requires 7-day advance purchase. Same cancellation & change policies apply.  See company policies for details.

4. The fuel surcharge has been reduced from $10 to just $3 each way per passenger. Should Diesel fuel reach $2 per gallon the surcharge may be eliminated. The Fuel Surcharge is subject to change without notice based on fluctuating diesel fuel prices.

5. General Stops or Point-to-Point service includes pickup/drop off at the Boise Airport in Boise and at Atkinson's Valley Market in Bellevue and the Sun Valley Lodge in Sun Valley. Passengers must request "General Stop" service at time of booking to receive discounted fare.
