Terms & Conditions
Door-step service is available between Cold Springs Road on the south and North Bigwood Drive on the North. We do not travel off paved roads. For bookings within 72-hours of travel date Door-Step service may not be available. If available, a late dispatch fee of $10 will be assessed. Door-step service north of N. Bigwood Drive may be scheduled for an additional cost of $10 per passenger up to a maximum charge of $20 per trip. Eagle Creek is the furthest north that door-step service may be scheduled.
Scheduled departure times from Sun Valley are from the Sun Valley Lodge. We load at the lodge at 10 past the hour and depart at 20 past. Door-step pickups are completed during the 30-60 minute period prior to scheduled departure. Passengers should always be ready at least 30 min prior to shuttle departure. On heavy travel days passengers will receive a courtesy call the night before if their pick up is going to be more than 30 minutes prior to scheduled shuttle departure. Sun Valley Express is not responsible for missed calls, messages or incorrect contact numbers. If for any reason passengers are not prepared to leave when their shuttle arrives they will forfeit their seats. Forfeited Seats are NON-REFUNDABLE.

A FUEL SURCHARGE may be added to base fare in accordance with changes in diesel fuel prices.
Credit Card Customers please be sure to provide the correct billing address associated with your credit card whether booking online or by phone. If we receive a mismatched address warning while charging your card, a $1.99 processing fee will be added.
Transporting an unaccompanied minor requires that a parent/guardian consent form be completed in advance and that an adult designated by the parent/guardian receive the child on delivery and also sign the consent form. Should designated party fail to meet and receive the child at time and location agreed to the child will remain on our shuttle until all passenger deliveries are completed and will then be delivered to the Sun Valley Lodge. Designated party must pick up child at the lodge and parent/guardian authorizes Sun Valley Express to bill their credit/debit card for wait time at a rate of $50 per hour (or any portion thereof) until such time as child is received by the designated party.
Express Block Trips: 1) DO NOT EXPIRE; 2) May be assigned for use by any passenger as designated by purchaser; 3) May be used on any scheduled shuttle with availability at time of booking; 4) Save you almost $20 per trip! :) Express Blocks are available to Local Residents and Seasonal Employees only and are not valid for Re-Sale. Wholesalers and qualified tour operators, please contact our office for net rates.
