Company Policies:
Airport Check-In:
Passengers must check in at the airport counter with all luggage at least 15 minutes
prior to departure. No animals of any kind may be transported on the scheduled shuttle
with the exception of qualified Guide Dogs. Please contact a ticket agent about a private
charter for transporting pets or regarding other special transportation or shipping needs.
Schedules:
Shuttle schedules are subject to change pending changes in airline flight schedules.
Shuttles with no advance ticket sales may be cancelled without notice.
Ticketing:
Passengers are issued an electronic trip number upon receipt of payment.
Trips are valid for one year from date of purchase (see Changes &
Cancellations below).
Payment:
Advance purchase is required. Payment can be made with MasterCard, VISA, American
Express, Discover, check or money order. For Credit Card purchases
exceeding $1000 a 3% convenience fee will apply.
Cash is accepted only at the Airport counter in
Boise. Printed tickets are available by request at the airport
counter in Boise.

Changes:
A $15 service charge is assessed for each change. All changes are subject to shuttle
availability. No changes may occur within 12 hours of travel.
Cancellations:
Due to the very limited number of seats per shuttle, once purchased,
all
Shuttle Trips are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please make sure all travel
plans are firm prior to purchasing your ticket on the Express.
Travel may be rescheduled to another date based upon
availability, transferred to another passenger, or forfeited. All
changes incur a service charge of $15 each way per passenger. All
travel must be completed within 1 year of purchase.
Sun Valley Departures:
Scheduled departure times are when the shuttle is to be
loaded and leaving the valley. Passenger pickups must be completed during
the 30-60 minute period prior to scheduled departure. Passengers
should always be ready at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
On heavy travel days passengers will receive a courtesy call the night
before if their pick up is going to be more than 30 minutes prior to
scheduled shuttle departure. Sun Valley Express is not
responsible for missed calls, messages or incorrect contact numbers. If for any reason passengers are not prepared to leave when their shuttle
arrives they will forfeit their seats. Trips are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Lost or Damaged Luggage or Personal Items:
Valley Express, Inc. does not tag and/or track passenger luggage or
belongings for shuttle or charter passengers. We therefore will not be
responsible for loss or damage to any passenger luggage or belongings for
any reason. Passengers on all Valley Express vehicles store and/or
transport their luggage and other personal items aboard our vehicles at
their own risk.
Delays
Valley Express, Inc.
will make a good faith effort to maintain published or contracted time
schedules but will not be responsible for delays caused by weather, road or
traffic conditions, mechanical failure, or any other
conditions that are
unforeseen. Any expenses arising from such delays including, but not limited
to, missed flights, meetings, schedules or other transportation connections
are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
